"Nooo! Appa, I already have to deal with 4 kids!"  Appa roared.
     "Well, we'll see about that!"  Aang ran outside.
     "Hey, Daddy is out with Appa!"  Kuzon yelled out the window.
The kids left to the outside, leaving their mom tied up by the table, but she managed to get out by her waterbending.  After she became released, she ran outside to see Aang playing with his children.
     "Aang, what do you think you're doing?"
     "They are trying to kill me! It's about time they learn manners. Okay, children stand!"
    They stood.
     "Hmmm. Okay, children sit down."
    They sat down.  Katara looked at Aang's new accomplishment.
     "Very nice, Aang.  I have a feeling we will need these new skills against Sokka's family."
     "You want to got against your brother?"
     "Why not?"
     "Well, he's your brother."
     "Oh well."  Aang took the kids inside to eat breakfast.  Katara made a batch of lovely pancakes and omelettes. The kids sat down with permission from their father and started eating.  Aang continued to practice his new skill on his children until he had full control.  
      "What happened to Appa?"  Yangchen announced.
      " He had babies, dear."
      " What are babies?"
      " They are like you."
      "Oh..." After the children took care of their plates and washed off, they went outside to meet the new offspring of Appa and Abbey.
      "Okay, children. A skybison is a companion for life and must be treated with kindness as you do to me.  Choose that companion with your own conscience."
The children took an apple from the basket in Katara's hand.  There were obly four offspring, but more were to arrive.
Gyatso respected his mother's words and let his conscience seek him a companion.  He had picked the quietest one.  He put his hand on the bison's arrow with honor as the bison laid by the side.
     Yangchen searched for her bison with her conscience as well.  She found the companion with the special kick of adrenaline, but spent most of her time by herself.  Yangchen laid her hand across the bison's back and started petting her.
      Kuzon chose his companion by adrenaline;unlike his older brother and sister,  Among them, he spotted the right one.  This bison wasn't like his other siblings.  He was running and squealing and trying to fly.  Kuzon ran up to him abd gave him the apple.  He accepted it without snapping and started licking Kuzon's face.
      Mai-jing chose the tallest bison of them all.  He had big glossy eyes and had long fur covering his ears.  He laid down by her on his back as if exhausted.  Mai-jing kissed his soft, sweet cheek. She was happy she recieved the tallest companion.
       Gyatso named his companion Freedom for he showed it instead of his pride.  Yangchen named her bison Oceanus after the ocean spirit and the water tribe.  Kuzon named his companion Fire after his firebending ability.  Mai-jing named her bison Loyal for his height showed loyalty to the air nomads.  Appa walked over to Aang with a soft snort.
    "Yes, Appa.  You have done well." Aang sighed in rememberance of the bond between him and Appa.  Aang went inside with Appa following  following him to look in the windows.  Aang looked in the mirror into his eyes, then at Appa.  Appa roares in exhaustion.  
    "I know, I know. You're tired too. I wish I could have just told Sokka no, not this time, but I was afraid I would have hurt his feelings."
    Aang looked out the window at his children with their new companions.  He didn't see Katara with them.
     "Aang?"  Aang turned around and saw Katara standing by the entrance.
     "What is it, Katara? Something wrong?"
     "No, not at all.  I have something to tell you."
     "By all means, tell me."
     "Well, this might be a shock to you."  Aang looked back out the window.
     "Go ahead. I'm ready for whatever you have to say."
     "Well, I'm pregnant."
     "Ahhhh!" The next thing Aang knew was that he had fallen out of the window.
     "Aang! Are you okay?"
     "I think I broke something."
     "I wouldn't see you wouldn't."  Aang stumbled to get up.  Katara came to his side.
     " Daddy!? Are you okay?"
     "I'm fine, Mai-jing.  Thanks."
     "Are we still going to Sokka's dinner?"
     "We still have to Kuzon, I'm sorry."  Katara helped Aang to the table leaving their kids confused.
     " What did you say!?"  Asked Aang.
     "What do you mean?"
     "I mean before I fell."
